Converted to GTA SA and edited by M4k3

Adds new vehicle by default / Sentinel can be replaced.

Features:

• Optimized model (fixed holes, removed unnecessary poligons etc) and textures.
• Works in SAMP.
• GTA SA styled numberplates.
• Has visible petrolcap.
• Custom collision.
• Flat shadow.
• Realistic damage model.
• 2 car colors: 1 - car paint, 4 - rims and chrome parts.
• Schafter I tuning parts (bumpers and skirts) are included (optional).
• Adapted to M4k3's New Car Animations mod.
• Can be tuned in TransFender

Works with and without ImVehFt (IVF features: dirt, indicators, reverse lights, brake lights, fog lights, brake hubs, steering wheel).
Adding vehgenbrakehub.png texture from "Alternative textures" folder in vehicle.txd is advised if ImVehFt is not installed.

Realistic enviroment reflection.
More intensive reflection textures can be installed from "Alternative textures" folder (use them with GFXhack).
