Vapid Stanier II (Vapid Police Cruiser civillain version) from GTA V converted to GTA San Andreas and edited by M4k3.

Includes 2 versions: ImVehFt 2.1.0+ adapted and SA lights version.

For GGMM users:
If there are problems with textures in GGMM ignore them. It works perfectly ingame.

2.1 changes:
-Tuning parts in template.
-1 paintjob added.
-Resized petrol cap.
Features:
-The car uses 4 car colours (1 - body, 2 - new tuning parts, 3 - wheels, 4 - windows).
-Custom collision.
-Flat shadow.
-Wheels work correctly in SAMP if you replace Willard.
-ImVehFt 2.1.1 support (all lights work the same way as in GTA V, steering wheel, brake pads, custom colours).
-Damage model.
-Fully working number plates.
-Fully working dirt (ImVehFt version only).
-Template for paintjobs.
-Custom LOD (long distance object).
-Tunable (doesn't crash in SAMP, some new tuning parts included)
